In the process of traveling, open up the saw path, reduce the friction between the saw blade and the cutting surface, and prevent the saw blade from heating due to friction. 3、 During the sawing process, control the cutting direction and guide the saw blade forward. There are two existing technologies for widening the saw path. One is press, which means to flatten and widen the tooth tip with a press, and form sawing material after grinding to broaden the sawing path; The other is to move the material. The operation method is to separate the tooth tip from the left and right to produce a sawing path. This one is relatively easy to operate. Now we will analyze the functions and differences of the two saws; We know that the main role of sawing material is to cut off wood fibers, broaden the sawing path, and ensure the smooth passage of the saw blade. But if you want to use the saw blade for a long time, you must ensure that every saw tooth is involved in the work. As long as you have this, you can ensure that the saw blade has a long service time, good processing quality, and ensure that the output is increased.

Sawing, also known as sawing. It is the specific part to cut wood and lead the way forward. There are three main functions:
1、 The cutting task is completed by cutting the wood fiber and expanding the saw path through the cutting edge and two cutting angles.

At present, there are two kinds of sawing treatment for sawtooth in band saw blade trimming:
1、 It is pressing material. Second, it is pulling material. We first introduce the pressing process, which has the following advantages:; Each saw tooth has two sharp edges and sufficient width. Each saw tooth can effectively participate in the work. When machining, it touches the edges of both sides of the saw path at the same time to ensure the full width of the saw path. Its advantages are:; The saw blade is used for a long time, and the processing speed is increased to increase the processing quantity. The disadvantage is that the sawtooth adopts the flattening process, and the tooth tip is not solid enough. When encountering iron nails and masonry during processing, the sawtooth will be greatly damaged
Material shifting is to use tools to separate the tooth tip from the left and right. The advantages of material shifting are as follows:
1、 It is not limited by the thickness of the saw blade, and Z can guarantee the width of the saw path as much as possible.
2、 Since the tooth tip has not been extruded and deformed, the original solid tooth tip is suitable for processing hardwood. Once iron nails and masonry are encountered during processing, the destructive force on the teeth will be greatly reduced. The disadvantage is that the cutting ability is not as good as that of pressing. Take the combination of the left and right middle and the left and right middle of the feeding process for example. Each saw tooth is responsible for cutting one side, and one saw tooth on the side only works once every two teeth, which greatly weakens the cutting function of the saw tooth and affects the service time and processing quality. At the same time, because the sawtooth is relatively less involved in the work, the processing speed cannot be too fast, which reduces the output. That is to say, the cutting amount completed by pressing one saw tooth, and the cutting process can be completed by three sawteeth.
To sum up, in normal wood processing, to ensure the processing quality, the use time of saw blade is longer, and pressing is better than cutting, but if it is necessary to cut hardwood or wood with more iron nails and bricks, it is better to use cutting.
