On May 27, the Executive Council was chaired by the Executive Vice President Yao Haiguang, and the agenda of the fourth session of the seventh session of the Council and the General Assembly of Member Representatives was reviewed and adopted; Reviewed and adopted the work summary of China Machinery General Parts Industry Association in 2020; Heard the report on the surveillance work of the Association in 2020; The list of winners of "advanced collectives and advanced individuals for combating the COVID-19 and returning to work and production" was reviewed and approved; Deliberate and adopt the list of "advanced branch" and "outstanding association workers"; The "Resolution on Agreeing to Establish a Belt Drive Branch" was discussed and passed.
On May 28, Mr. Xue Kangsheng, the vice president of the Association, presided over the general meeting of all members. At the beginning of the meeting, all stood up and sang the national anthem. Mr. Yang Xuetong, Executive Vice President of China Machinery Industry Federation and Honorary President of China Machinery General Parts Industry Association, and Mr. Chen Yibing, Executive Vice General Manager of Zhejiang Hengjiu Machinery Group Co., Ltd. delivered speeches. Mr. Yao Haiguang, Executive Vice President of China Machinery General Parts Industry Association, made a summary report on the work in 2020.
In order to commend the advanced collectives and individuals emerging in the fight against the COVID-19 and the resumption of work and production, the Association carried out a commendation activity and selected 44 advanced collectives and 34 advanced individuals. Mr. Wei Jianjun, the vice president of the association, read out the association's recognition decision and issued a certificate.

协会副理事长朱志荣先生宣读了关于表彰2020年度“先进分会”和“协会优秀工作者”的决定并颁奖，齿轮与电驱动分会和链传动分会活动“先进分会”称号，明翠新、沈志媛和王彤获得“协会优秀工作者”称号。

由中国机械通用零部件工业协会秘书长主持了以“产业基础再造和产业链提升”为主题论坛论坛，邀请中国机械工业联合会执行副会长、中国机械通用零部件工业协会名誉会长杨学桐、中国机械通用零部件工业协会齿轮与电传动分会秘书长、郑州机械研究所有限公司副所长王伟、杭州紧固件行业商会理事长、奥展实业有限公司董事长黄成安、杭州前进齿轮箱集团股份有限公司董事长、总经理杨水余和邢台钢铁有限责任公司销售公司总经理刘振民五位嘉宾。

会议还组织参观了重庆机床（集团）有限责任公司。
