1、 Main contents of the meeting
1. Heard and deliberated the work report of the 7th Board of Directors of the Spring Branch of China General Machinery Components Industry Association;
2. Elect the 8th Board of Directors of the Spring Branch of China General Machinery Parts Industry Association;
3. Commend "advanced collectives and individuals who have fought against the COVID-19 and returned to work and production";
4. Communication and special report on industry operation in 2020;
5. Promotion and exchange of new materials, new technologies, new equipment and new products in the industry.
2、 Meeting arrangement and place
On June 17, member units checked in and held the sixth session of the seventh council at 19:00;
On the morning of June 18, a general meeting was held to elect the eighth council of Spring Branch. Afternoon special report and promotion of new materials, new technologies, new equipment and new products;
Check out before 14:00 on June 19, representing the return trip.

3、 Conference expenses
The conference service fee (including accommodation) for this meeting is 1600 yuan per person, non-member units are 2000 yuan per person, and those who live in a single room (including standard rooms) are additionally charged 400 yuan per person.
The conference fee will be collected on the spot at the time of check-in, and only cash will be collected.
4、 Registration method
Participants can scan the QR code below by mobile phone to register online, or fill in and submit the receipt form in the attachment to send it to the mailbox. If you have scanned the QR code for online registration, you need not fill in the receipt form again.

5、 Related matters
1. Specific forms of promotion of new materials, new technologies, new equipment and new products:
L Speech and presentation at the conference: the speech time shall not exceed 10 minutes, with 4000 yuan for member units and 6000 yuan for non-member units;
L Set up booth (small instruments and equipment) display or projection presentation display: 3000 yuan for member units and 4500 yuan for non-member units;
L The introduction materials were distributed by the conference group as conference documents: 1000 yuan for member units and 1500 yuan for non-member units. Please prepare 200 copies of materials and send them to the conference group;
L Picture display (Yilapao): 1m * 2m display: 800 yuan for member units and 1200 yuan for non-member units. It will be published in Spring Engineering after the meeting.
Without the consent of the Secretariat, advertisements and related materials shall not be distributed privately during the meeting.
All the above promotion items should be contacted with the branch secretariat before May 20 to facilitate the conference arrangement. Please submit the promotion materials to the conference service group before May 31, 2021, and pay the relevant fees.

2. Member units that have not paid or failed to pay the membership dues in the past three years should pay the dues according to the amount payable (10000 yuan/year for the chairman unit, 5000 yuan/year for the vice chairman unit, 3000 yuan/year for the director unit and 1500 yuan/year for the member unit) before the meeting or at the time of registration.

3. An important agenda of this meeting is the general election of the Council. In order to ensure the attendance rate of member units, please arrange the schedule and be sure to participate. At the same time, participants from all units are requested to fill in the meeting receipt accurately and feed it back to the secretariat of Spring Branch before May 31, so that the meeting affairs group can make accommodation and meal arrangements.
The meeting affairs group will arrange the meeting according to the order of the meeting receipt. In principle, the overdue reply will be arranged to the nearby hotel as far as possible according to the situation, hoping to get the understanding and support of the meeting representatives.

Hotel transportation guide:
1、 Nanjing Lukou Airport to Hotel:
1. Get off the plane and take the Nanjing Airport Bus to the Ma'anshan City Terminal. The departure time of Nanjing Lukou Airport is 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:15, 20:15, 21:15. Take a taxi from the Ma'anshan City Terminal for 15 minutes to arrive at the hotel or take the No. 2 bus (Da Lu Education Bus Station - Liden Kou Hua Fei Road Bus Station) for 45 minutes to arrive at the hotel;
2. Get off the plane and take Nanjing Metro Line S1 (Lukou Airport Station - Nanjing South Railway Station) for 40 minutes to Nanjing South Railway Station, then take high-speed railway from Nanjing South Railway Station for 18 minutes to Ma'an East Railway Station, and take a taxi from Ma'an East Railway Station for 15 minutes to the hotel.
