1. Development process and current situation of spring coiler industry
Before the reform and opening up, China's spring industry was limited by the development of domestic manufacturing industry, with a small overall scale and low technical level. In addition to the introduction of some foreign equipment by a few military enterprises, most enterprises add spring by manual and semi-mechanized means. The automatic spring coiling machine (Z53 series) produced by Luoyang Machine Tool Factory represented the highest level of domestic spring coiling equipment at that time, and many manufacturers were not able to equip it. At that time, the wire diameter of the Z53 series spring coiling machine was able to cover 1~14mm, basically meeting the domestic demand for spring production. Although it was only used by some powerful state-owned enterprises, it also marked that the production of China's spring industry has entered the period of mechanized production from manual and semi-mechanical mode.
After the reform and opening up, due to the rapid development of light industry, electronics and other industries, the demand for light small wire diameter springs has increased, and the quality requirements have also been higher. The precision, efficiency and wire diameter range of Z53 series can no longer meet the market demand. Luoyang Machine Tool Factory introduced three types of mechanical spring coiling machines of FS series from the former WAFIOS company of West Germany in the mid-1980s. The wire diameter is from 0. 1 to 3mm, and its precision and efficiency are far higher than the Z53 series. It is the most popular model in the market, with a total sales of nearly 1000 sets.
Later, due to the increase of motorcycle production, the demand for its damping spring and valve spring was huge. Luoyang Machine Tool Factory introduced two models of CML series from Japan Aoye Machinery Manufacturing Institute (Zhuzhou) in the 1990s, with the maximum wire diameter of 5 rmi and 8 mm respectively, which fully met the demand of domestic motorcycle industry for spring at that time.
These two successful introductions have shortened the gap between China and the world's advanced level, and also represented the advanced level of domestic mechanical spring coiler at that time, which has basically been in the same period with foreign technology, without generation difference.
With the rapid growth of the domestic economy, China's manufacturing industry has also developed rapidly. First of all, by means of introduction, digestion and absorption, we have produced a coil spring machine which is directly monopolized by foreign products and adopts AC servo motor computer numerical control. Then not only will the wire diameter range be up to 20 mm, but also the number of computer-controlled axes be increased from 2 to 5, 6 and more axes. Although there is still a gap between the products of domestic manufacturers and foreign products, they can also meet the requirements of the vast majority of domestic manufacturers and have obvious price advantages. Not only has China's spring industry popularized the use of computer spring coiling machines in a very short time, but also has greatly lowered the price of overseas products in China. Take the 20mm 5-axis servo computer spring coiler produced in Taiwan, the largest sales volume in the domestic market, as an example. The price has dropped from 2.6 million yuan/set at the initial stage to 1.7 million yuan/set at present, with a drop of more than one-third, but the price is still higher than the domestic m0.
In the mid-1990s, there were only four or five computerized spring coiling machines capable of producing large wire diameter (more than 16 nun) springs in China, which were distributed in state-owned enterprises in Shanghai, Tianjin, Shandong and other places, and were basically foreign brands such as Kouben and Germany. At present, domestic spring manufacturers have more than 70 sets of such equipment, and more than half of them are produced in Britain and China. At the same time, the domestic equipment of common models with the wire diameter of 3-8 mm has occupied most of the market share, accounting for more than 85% of the market by the number of sets, and the import of foreign equipment is decreasing. At present, three major production bases of computer spring coiling machines have been formed in Luoyang, Henan, Zhejiang and Guangdong, while the output in other regions is relatively low.
Domestic spring coiling machine manufacturers, which rely on private enterprises, have made great contributions to the localization of computer spring coiling machines, and have cultivated a large number of technical personnel for product design and commissioning while achieving better economic and social benefits, laying a good foundation for the future development of this industry.
However, the core technology of the computer spring coiling machine is the operating system. At present, domestic enterprises do not master this part of technology. All manufacturers purchase from outside. Most of them use Taiwan's operating system. Because of the need of competition, they will obviously not sell the most advanced operating system to the mainland. The gap between operating systems will inevitably affect the performance of equipment. Even if the hardware is identical, this problem is still the bottleneck of domestic industry development.
In the era of information technology explosion, many domestic companies have developed practical operating systems in the field of general equipment in the machine tool industry, which has helped the domestic equipment to step up to the stage of computerization. Only in the field of spring coiling machine, there have been no domestic enterprises involved in system development. I wonder whether the information communication is not smooth or the cake is underestimated. We have reported this issue to the higher authorities through the Association for many times, but there is still no change at present.
The operating system is controlled by others, which makes domestic products unique and less distinctive, and is easy to enter the vicious competition of price competition. This is very unfavorable to the development of the whole industry.
2 Outlook on the future development direction
The places and countries with high technical level of spring coiling machines abroad include Germany, Sweden, H-Ben and Taiwan.
Due to the continuous integration of the latest scientific and technological achievements, the products are becoming more and more perfect, with various characteristics and functions.
First, the operating system has realized human-computer dialogue and 3D imaging. The high-precision and ultra-stable release spring coiling machine is also a highlight of foreign spring coiling machines. Some special products with wire diameter less than 0.1mm can not be produced by domestic equipment, resulting in the extremely high price of such equipment, and the equipment weighing hundreds of kilograms will be sold for millions of yuan.
When carbon emission has become a global topic, emission reduction has also become the design concept of spring coiler: reduce power consumption as much as possible, and store the energy generated by reversing, parking and other braking during the working process of the equipment.
